This app provides quick but affective tools for strengthening our own mind skills. Once you learn to recognize your own fears and how to overcome them you're on your way to accomplishing the goals you've been trying unsuccessfully to complete for years. Additionally, once you know you own mind skills, you will be able to recognize when the opposition is playing mind games and you can quickly quash them. You will also learn how to read and interpret body language and other skills that are helpful in relationships, business and a variety of situations.

Or it won't take effect, I made a mistake by saying to myself I'll practice later and I tried some stuff in a social situation (I'm also socially awkward) and it didn't work out for me. So actually do the stuff he says and your good!
