They need to allow for multiple hub items in a single map. It also needs to center correctly when building a map. It needs more color choices. It needs more view modes. It also needs a way to fix align containers so it remains orderly. Seems to have been released prematurely. ### 3/5 — Trouble with using the app. *2020-01-28, version 4.6* I have an iPhone X with the most recent update. The application has for some reason, became way to small to read. What am I doing wrong? I’m actually a psychologist and use this as a mental health tool, for example making a map of your strengths, needs, and need providers. I mean it states it did but I never received it. You cannot use the application without the verification email from them. I have sent 2 requests to correct but nothing happened and then I emailed the developer and yet nothing happened. They also took my $6 for the pro versions as well and yet I cannot use the application. Ridiculous! Plus, without the email verification (I have done 3 registrations with three different emails and yet never received and a verification email. After paying for the software and trying to use the software if just spins and spins. I need to report this to Apple as a SCAM and the BBB. Didn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Trying to steal personal information warning *2020-09-04, version 4.6* I purchased the app and registered my count, the verification email led back to the developer web page, but was blocked by safari. I got a message that it was a threat and was a security risk. It suggested I close the page. So I did. I tried the App Store link to the developer so I could report this, but the same thing happened. I then tried my desktop and went directly to web address in the App Store. The same warning. I’m not sure what is going on with developer website, but this issue affects access to your files from other devices, which is one of the features it offers. Hopefully this gets resolved quickly, but I had to delete the app and get my money back. This is a great app, but until they resolve this developer website issue, I have to give it a low rating. ### 1/5 — Pay to delete *2019-12-27, version 4.6* Seriously? You gotta pay to delete maps you made? I get I could delete the pre-built map, but I couldn’t delete my own map that I made? ### 1/5 — Bad Support and doesn’t work *2019-11-04, version 4.6* Purchased the app after needing a mind map. This is one of the most simple ones. Disappointing that when purchased it doesn’t reflect that in the app. Reached out to support and created multiple tickets with no reply. Refunded. ### 1/5 — I use this for an un intended purpose *2019-09-04, version 4.6* After using this for brainstorming and tracking ideas, I’ve come to the conclusion that this app works wonders to create a structured family tree that is very easy to navigate. I’d give it 6 stars for that alone. Great product. Genius idea. Highly recommend Update: got a new iPhone and went to recover my maps, and I get a promt “please activate your account from activation email sent”, but no email ever comes and it won’t allow me to log in. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times to no avail. Love it! ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2020-06-12, version 4.6* Easy to use and the layout seems very well thought out so far. ### 5/5 — love this app! but need an update *2020-05-09, version 4.6* fantastic for quickly creating complex medical flowcharts. however needs an update. until then, i’m going to look for another app. which is a shame, because this one has so much potential. currently there is no way to reconnect two separate “node” paths back into each other if the chart needs to show the process repeating or the same medication is used for two separate treatment paths my biggest issue however is printing and sharing. for some reason the only place the charts don’t look blurry is while in the app. everything else is always blurry. i’ve tried various size layouts, different printers and formats. even when uploading to facebook messenger it comes out blurry. ### 5/5 — Flows with my ideas *2020-04-29, version 4.6* Working on an iPad with a pen, the interface experience to drag the model elements around in an elastic behavior is great to logically group and regroup ideas. As I work on my next novel, I can plot on this page and add images like my book cover, my website pages, images of my characters, and so forth. They all inspire me to keep writing. There is only one thing that can cure your writer’s block, in my opinion: Inspiration. Many thanks to the creators of this app! ### 5/5 — I can’t organize without Mind Vector *2019-07-18, version 4.6* I just had the scare of my life. I was in mind vector and the screen went black and I thought I just lost the last year‘s worth of work on a very detailed project. I love this app and hope it never goes away. Everything came back, I just had to navigate differently and not panic. Developers, if you see this, please know that a new feature requires me to select “get started” before I can access my work. Personally, while the new intro is clean and easy to read, even a new person shouldn’t need the new black welcome screen because the regular menu is also very simple / user friendly. ### 5/5 — Orientation agnostic *2019-07-07, version 4.6* Most mind map apps that I’ve encountered force one to create their hierarchy in a left-to-right organization of levels. What I like about this one is can spread the levels out in rings, top-down, left-right, any way that’s most intuitive for you. And of course you can collapse or expand nodes as you like. The only thing I wish was a feature would be to highlight and grab multiple nodes at once, or to use pre-ordered frameworks that gives you options for arranging nodes with ideal spacings.
