Now I realize that the app has no real content anymore and all is moved to a PRO version. What’s next a super pro version and then take all the pro content away? While their app is decent enough their lack of support and unprofessional businesses practices does not help me relax at all when using this app. Seriously, unprofessional money hoarders ### 1/5 — Cannot get support help *2022-11-02, version 3.5.2* I was shut out of my account. I have been struggling with anxiety since my teenage years and diagnosed In 1998 with General Anxiety Disorder. I am currently on a journey focused on bettering myself. I needed to practice meditation on a daily basis. I tried independently but lack the self discipline and memory stores to carry this out. Cluelessly stumped; I found this app as suggested to me by the Apple store. Only three days in and ‘Meditation’ has helped me tremendously!! Not only does it help me to meditate; it has also helped me to keep the regime routine with the reminder portion of the app! I am seeing results already no word of a lie! Thank you so much! You have helped me in my life! Their website is faulty and password reset doesn’t work. There is no way to contact support without giving them a bunch of your personal data to correct problems. They don’t offer a way to contact them without having to give them your passwords to other accounts. Blissful Promises, Broken Trust. *2023-09-04* Mindbliss used to be a great app focusing on relaxation and mental health, with some well-known teachers and authors contributing to the app. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ However, Mindbliss’s recent actions regarding lifetime subscribers are nothing short of disrespectful. As a long-time user who bought a lifetime subscription, I’m disgusted by their lack of integrity, not to mention business sense. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ After the update to v4.0.0, my lifetime subscription has now been treated as though it never existed. I went to use the app recently and noticed I had been logged out. Thinking nothing of it, I logged back in, went to do a meditation session that I had done previously, but this time returned the message: ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ‘This meditation is available to Mindbliss PRO members. Try your Free Trial today and unlock the entire Mindbliss collection.’⠀ ⠀ Before contacting support I tried the Restore Purchase option only to receive the message: ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ‘Error. An error occurred when attempting to restore your purchase. Please try again later.’ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Having tried numerous attempts I then contacted support through the app explaining the issue with accompanying screenshots. But… no reply. So I contacted support again some days later, this time sending the message via email instead of through the app. Again, nothing.⠀ ⠀⠀ After doing a search online I found several other reviews detailing the same appalling experiences, suggesting that many other lifetime subscribers are facing this distrustful betrayal. And to add, it seems that Mindbliss has undergone a change in ownership, now under the ownership of app developer Dexati LLC. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ What makes this situation even more heartbreaking is that I had purchased a lifetime subscription for my wife as a birthday gift, and she now finds herself unable to use the PRO content when she really needs it the most. Such a shame that an app purportedly focused on mental health and relaxation has chosen to prioritise profits over the wellbeing of its loyal customers. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I can’t recommend Mindbliss in its current state. I feel obligated to warn new users about these unethical business practices. Beware of investing your time and money in this app. Perhaps choose an app that respects its users and their investments in mental wellness. ### 1/5 — Frozen 2 days into using *2023-08-22, version 4.0.0* I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, to no avail. I’m reading all the reviews of it being glitchy. I’m Unable to get past the home screen. I’m only in the seven days of free use. Reached out to Mindbliss support multiple times using the app and have never heard back. Happy to update my review, but someone from Mindbliss needs to provide some support and fix these login issues please. It’s as simple as fixing your app’s registration with Facebook (not a hard thing to fix). ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-12-18, version 3.5.2* Opened the app, it took me through a series of questions to “get to know me”. Some questions allowed more than one response, but after checking my 1st choice, it clicked over to the next question without allowing me to choose the rest of my reaponses to the previous one. Finally, it purported to analyze my responses and produce the perfect meditation for me. Cut to 20 minutes later, and the little infinity simple is still blinking and thinking, and I no longer care.
