If they have a membership of any kind, they can check into any class, even when they haven't paid for that specific class. It just gives a message that there's an issue and to see the front desk, but they're still checked in, which creates more backend work for us. It would make more sense to not allow them to check-in for that class because they don't have that pricing option. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-09-19* Won’t let me sign in. There is NO way to reset password or username in the screen or even to ask for help! So today I went back to the App Store and found a place to get help and to write a review. I tried2 times to add my email to reset my password and both times received a message to look in my email. I never received any email from this company. I did check my spam folder, junk folder and have found nothing. TSo that is when I decided to leave this review. I’m not happy and I hope the gym owner does not have to pay for your terrible service. I think my din could of built a better app when he was 5th or 6th grade. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2020-06-23, version 2.4.0* Nice trick on not accepting your nickname so you can’t post a negative review. Went right into search with no way to create login. Totally useless. Also loaded it to my IBM PC and here search brings up facility but no classes even show App is a good idea. But only an idea so far. Useless. They’re free to be around the room connecting with their riders before class starts, which is huge. My clients love it, too. They just walk in, touch the screen and they’re done! Super easy and user friendly. Love! ### 5/5 — Saves my clients time *2016-03-19* I used to have to keep people waiting at the desk when a class was gonna start to check everyone in. Had a line to the door and people trying to get in and out around it to access the main gym or trying to get my attention at the desk and getting lost in a sea of people. I have two classrooms. Put one of these outside of each room to get people away from the front and open up traffic. It worked. I really like that I can spend more time now with the clients who really need me and my more reserved clients can sign in at their leisure away from the bustle of the front desk area. It's a very simple app compared to the others mind body has, but I hope they will keep adding things to make it do more. I'd like to see more value self service features like a way to sell packages or sign in with our key tags. Oh my only con is that it can take a while for newbies to interact with it. They sometimes ask me what it is, thinking it's for staff. Even those coke machines with the flavors have a big invitation screen I can read from across the room. ### 5/5 — Tremendously helpful! *2015-09-03, version 1.0.1* We’ve been using MindBody to manage our martial arts school for more than 4 years. For most of that time, our students used membership cards with bar codes to sign in, but this was - at best - cumbersome. MB’s Class Check-in is faster, more convenient, and in the 2 months that we been using it, it hasn’t crashed. In sum, we are very pleased with this MB enhancement. ### 4/5 — Pretty straight forward and functional *2022-01-13* Wish there was more accessibility to different settings. Especially could use a dark mode or power saver mode. Otherwise, it accomplishes everything it needs to.
