### 5/5 — Different than any mental health app I have tried

I have tried various mental health apps over the years, namely focused on mindfulness but this app is different. It’s made for anyone regardless of where they are in their mental health journey. Although mindfulness is part of the experience, the journal prompts, research-backed interventions, and psychoeducation make it a more holistic mental health app. I have highly enjoyed it so far and cannot wait to continue to use it.
