Is absolutely different to any other available option, innovative, fun, easy and effective! ### 5/5 — First time it seemed doable *2020-12-10* After attempting several times I think that all the science and tools coming together in this app makes it much more manageable to not want to smoke. The virtual reality scenes with others smoking really felt real and I experienced the same emotions and physical reactions I would of the scenes were actually happening. The great thing about them happening in vr is the change to step back and observe yourself. By the time I was a non smoker around smokers I felt like I had already done it and knew what to expect so it took away the intensity of wanting to join the smokers again. The mediations didn’t seem like they were doing much but by the time my quite date came along I had stoped a few days before I committed to. I think there’s a lot of sedulity's behind the scenes. The last thing is you also have a real person to help coach you through the process.
