About

You know the feeling. You don't always know the why. Speak for one minute. MindEcho tells you what you're really feeling, names the thinking pattern underneath it, and gives you one small thing you can do today. Burnout — not laziness. The driver, not just the mood. A quiet, AI-powered space to understand yourself clearly. MindEcho is not a diary. It's a voice-first companion for self-understanding, with an AI that remembers your patterns and meets you where you are. Talk freely. Type if you prefer. The reply is plain, kind, and useful — what you're feeling, the pattern your mind is running, three small things you can actually do, and one question worth sitting with. What MindEcho does for you • Understand what you feel — and why. Talk for a minute; MindEcho names the emotion and the pattern beneath it, the way a perceptive friend would. • A thinking pattern named with care — never as an identity ("you are anxious"), always as a movement of the mind ("the part of you that races ahead, trying to keep you safe"). • Three small actions you can take today, each under fifteen minutes. No vague "notice your tension." • A weekly recap — three honest sentences and one small step for the week ahead. • Patterns surfaced over time — when something keeps coming up across your reflections, MindEcho notices and mentions it, quietly. • Talk it through — chat with an AI that has read everything you've reflected on and remembers your story. • A crisis shortcut — one tap to a country-aware directory of free, confidential helplines worldwide. • Private by design — no account or email. Your entries are stored on your device; your voice or text is sent securely to our AI provider only to generate your reflection, never sold and never used to train models. Grounded in psychology that works MindEcho's voice is shaped by four psychological traditions, kept quietly in the background: • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Aaron Beck) — gentle pattern reframes, never identity labels. • Person-centered approach (Carl Rogers) — no judgment, ever. • Logotherapy (Viktor Frankl) — points toward the meaning you are already pursuing. • Self-compassion (Kristin Neff) — kindness, common humanity, mindful naming. These traditions shape how MindEcho listens and what it says back. MindEcho is a self-understanding and personal-growth tool, not therapy. What MindEcho is not • It is not a journal or a diary. You do not write into a void — you get understanding back. • It does not pretend to replace a therapist or doctor. • It does not write you a memoir chapter every time you talk. The AI speaks plainly. • It does not bombard you with notifications. One gentle daily nudge, fully optional. • It does not sell your data or use your entries to train AI models. Who finds it useful People who want to understand themselves more clearly. People who have tried five journaling apps and quit because writing into nothing got boring. People with no time who want one honest, useful reflection before bed. People in 33 languages waiting for an AI that meets them in their own language, not auto-translated. A note on care MindEcho is a self-understanding and personal-growth tool — not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a local helpline; there is a one-tap shortcut to a country-aware helpline directory inside the app. The psychological traditions named above (Beck, Rogers, Frankl, Neff) shape the AI's voice and posture; MindEcho does not deliver them as treatment. Subscription terms MindEcho offers an optional auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID Settings. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are linked inside the app. Understand yourself. One minute at a time.

What's New in MindEcho

2.0.0

June 16, 2026

v2.0 — a thoughtful relaunch. What's new • A sharper insight engine. Every reflection now shows you something you couldn't see alone — the driver underneath a feeling, a hidden connection, a reframe that re-sorts the day. Never just a mirror of your own words. • A real action plan. Three concrete steps sized to your day, shown right on the result — plus a question worth carrying into Chat. • Talk it through — chat opens for your first three messages, so you can feel the conversation before deciding. • A weekly recap and pattern insights surface gently, when there is enough material to mean something. • Crisis support — a country-aware helpline directory, one tap away in Settings. • Faster and more reliable — a new fallback model chain means your reflection arrives even when the cloud has a bad day. • A smart daily reminder that reads your last reflection, so the nudge feels relevant rather than generic. • A cleaner three-step onboarding, and full Light and Dark mode support. Thank you for using MindEcho. The voice you hear is meant to help you understand yourself a little more clearly.
