For me, the two important takeaways were a) the regularity of the exercises and b) the overall “toolbox” approach. Not every tool, (like not every exercise) will be relevant or even helpful for every person or circumstance. But this versatile program builds an arsenal, where you can pick the ones that work and swap them out for others later. Strongly recommend.

MindFit has been incredibly helpful for me. The value of MindFit for me was in priming me to be more aware of my mental health and more aware of how I could respond differently to stressors in my life. It helps by preparing my brain for the day with a quick interactive exercise that leaves me more focused, mindful, and alert.
