I love this app for yoga! I use it to start with my morning workout routine! It not only helps with flexibility but gets the morning started in a great mindset! Plus, the challenges are so fun-they are easy to incorporate with ‘mom life’ because they aren’t super long and totally doable even on those chaotic first time mom months! Natalie is great with giving alternatives to different movements too incase your recovering from a c-section, or have any injuries that require special attention. Thanks Natalie!!!!
