MindFlipOut is a Mental Step tool for thoughts that keep replaying. Capture the thought. Flip it once. Choose what happens next. Keep it. Send it to Mental Steps. Schedule it for later. Capture the Heavy thought as it is. 2. Flip it and write a Light response. 3. Decide what you want to do with it next. The goal isn't to prove the Heavy thought wrong.
