Choose the apps or categories you want to buffer with Screen Time, then complete a short mindful step before continuing.

What you can do:

- Choose between a breathing prompt and an affirmation prompt
- Set exempt periods for times when buffering should stay off
- Review local usage summaries with completion and skip counts
- Enable optional daily summary reminders
