## What is Mindful Life Project?

This application is a resource to anyone, anywhere, who would like to practice and experience the benefits of mindfulness. It also offers a supplement to our regular school day services for classroom teachers, students, schools and families.

Mindful Life Project is a non-profit 501(c)3 that is based out of Richmond, CA. We teach mindfulness, yoga, therapeutic art and hip-hop/performing arts to elementary students in underserved schools and communities. We have two regular day school programs that teach self-awareness, impulse-control, confidence and resiliency.

Mindful Life Project App is for kids and adults that want to learn mindfulness the Mindful Life way. Based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mindful Life Project serves tens of thousands of students, teachers and families with mindfulness based programming and teacher trainings.

Love this app. Very intuitive and easy to use. My kids use it and very happy with it.

this app had the potential to be very good. it gives a good explanation of mindfulness and helps identify main points. HOWEVER- the recordings of the sits were done without any clean up and all have an amateurish hiss in them, creating a distraction. please clean them up! these days- there is no excuse to sound like it was done on a cassette.
also, when the phone locks, the app stops. it needs to learn to continue when the phone stops.
