I downloaded this on a whim during a rough week, and I haven’t missed a day since. The meditations feel personal, calming, and actually help me slow down. I ended up getting the premium version and it’s 100% worth it, the extra content is incredible. This app genuinely shifted how I start and end my days. Grateful I found it.
