## What is MindFull Clinic?

MindFull Clinic is home to The Daily Method by Jiordana Saade - a simple daily practice to understand your patterns, reconnect with your body and consciously choose who you're becoming.

You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Tried every practice under the sun. And yet, something still feels missing. Most apps focus on changing your habits. The Daily Method works with the subconscious patterns creating them.

THE DAILY METHOD
- A morning prompt, a body check-in and an evening reflection - five minutes a day
- Guided hypnosis library
- Daily journal prompts and affirmations
- Monthly transformational themes
- Mind-body practices

FREE COMMUNITY
A supportive community of like-minded women. Free, forever.
