## What is Mindfulness and Sickle Cell?

The Mindfulness and Sickle Cell app was designed for patients with sickle cell disease (SCD), by patients with sickle cell disease. Use this app to enhance your experience with Mindfulness through brief educational videos, gentle stretches, and meditation practices. Choose from over 120 videos to immerse yourself in understanding how mindfulness can impact your daily life. Track your progress through completing videos and answering brief surveys. Patients with SCD will learn physical and mental strategies to help cope with the challenges of this disease.
