I have been listening to Digipills nearly every night for over a year now. Life has thrown some very difficult challenges at me, and to get through, I need to keep my mind clear and my emotions steady. I really truly believe the Digipills help me do that - I’m extremely grateful for them!

Thank you so much for this app. Tried it for the first time last night it was very calming and I went immediately to sleep! I don't feel groggy like I normally do. Really works!!

This left me feeling like I hit the reset botton.  Mind and body nigh more relaxed and ready to start the day with a blank slate instead of a bucket full of worries.  Nice voice too.

I love the mindfulness track - her voice is perfect, helps me relax and I usually get a good nap too! I like how you have a choice to turn off the nature sounds and just listen to her voice alone. I was a little surprised that there weren't other tracks to choose from, like the original digipill app ... Hopefully that's in the plans for future upgrades!

I was a little skeptical, but for a 99 cent punt, I gave it a try. The more I use it the more effective it seems to become…highly recommend!!  Nice app.

Transports you to another more peaceful place. Love the fact that this is available at any time wherever you are - used it on the plane with headphones and totally lost myself.

The background birdsong is a nice touch - I prefer to have it enabled.
