## What is Mindfulness Myanmar?

A self-learning mobile application in Myanmar language for anyone who are interested to learn mindfulness. This will also be a complimentary to the practical training that GIZ – SENS and its partners are offering in North Shan. The app will serve as a virtual demonstration in Myanmar language. The content is based on the mindfulness and practicing inner peace along with the local context of Northern Shan.
