I loved using your walking recording, as found it was a great way to start my working day, but disappointed to see it is no longer available.  Can we have it back please?  Removed a star because of that.

The first time I used this app I had the best sleep of my life, thanks to the “preparing for sleep” section. It really helps you to a down from busy days and just take a step back to acknowledge how your body is feeling. Love this app so much!

I have been using the Preparing for sleep recording in this app and it gets me to sleep every time. I’m sleeping better every night too. I have had sleep problems for years and this has improved my life so much.  My husband attended a workshop by this company and he suggested I get the app. It’s very very good.
