This app has been useful for me to gain a quick thorough understanding of some science and technology topics. Easy to read through and easy to follow information

With work, fitness and friends I sometimes feel like I’m not growing and learning.

I’ve been trying to find an app that can help me replace doom scrolling and a friend recommended mindgrow.

I really enjoyed the ‘inflammation mastery’ course - it gave me a ton of tips I started using right away on limiting environmental toxins in food and my diet.

This app is good if you want more science based tips and action items! The courses feel like mini books. Def check it out ◡̈

I’m a busy entrepreneur who used to read a lot, loves podcasts and am always trying to grow.

Because of my busy schedule I don’t have as much time to read anymore or do deep dives on topics. I’ve been using Mindgrow daily and it’s been a game changer, it’s a good swap for insta or doom scrolling.

What I like about it is it goes deep on topics, so it’s not these cheesy 5 minute obvious tips that I forget right away. It actually explains the why and gives real world examples and gives a lot of context. 

It’s given me some solid frameworks for health and business that I’ve been applying to my day to day life. If you’re looking for an app you’ll actually learn, I would try this one.
