If you do the work and put in 1-2hrs a day, within a month you’ll realize this is genius level humanity mastery, an absolute tour de force of deep life thinking and wisdom. The benefits are tangible and numerous: clearer thinking, authentic confidence, elevated levels of happiness and positive emotions, decreased levels of negative emotion (anger, apathy, fear etc), better memory, more energy, improvements in critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and focus. Highly recommended.
