For me the hundreds of hours of material for neuroplastic development — all condensed into one little app is an amazing technological feat - the true combination between human mental tech development and technology designed to advance the human race - virtually impossible just a few years ago . It’s the door to the future - into an unknown universe - you just have to decide how far and fast you want to go. Neuroscience meets psychology, philosophy, philosophy, physiology, metaphysics, quantum physics and spirituality, within moral challenges to develop your synaptogenisis and neurogenesis - into the future of work and our relationship with developing conscious AI as a new career .  What’s not to like !

The MindGYM Basic subscription is the best £5.99 I’ve spent. If you do the work and put in 1-2hrs a day, within a month you’ll realize this is genius level humanity mastery, an absolute tour de force of deep life thinking and wisdom. The benefits are tangible and numerous: clearer thinking, authentic confidence, elevated levels of happiness and positive emotions, decreased levels of negative emotion (anger, apathy, fear etc), better memory, more energy, improvements in critical thinking, problem solving, creativity and focus. Highly recommended.
