I was suffering with a lack of confidence from starting a new job and used this app to see if it would help.  After a week I started to notice a difference but by the end of the second week I was amazed with how different I felt.  I was driven by fear and self-doubt and I felt anxious whereas now I feel calm, in control and confident and everyone around me has noticed this. This app has really helped me to few more balanced and I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Wow so much to access for free, this is obviously made by someone who really knows hypnosis. Can’t wait to try some of the hypnosis sessions and read the blogs.
