## What is Mindlens?

Most apps count your moods. Mindlens actually remembers them — and gives you back your days, your weeks, and your months as something worth reading.

It takes a moment a day. Mindlens does the rest — connecting what you share today with everything you’ve told it before, and showing you the patterns you’d never spot on your own.

HOW IT WORKS

Every morning, Mindlens asks a few short questions written just for you. They build on what you’ve shared before, revisit things you mentioned days or weeks ago, and get more precise over time. Answering takes about a minute — a tap, a slider, a sentence — and becomes an easy daily ritual.

Behind those questions, Mindlens remembers what you told it weeks ago, connects it to today, and notices what no single day could show you. One insight might read:

“The Venice trip started weighing on you before it happened.”

Everything it notices comes back to you the simple way — as a story you tap through. Your week. Your month. The shape of your days, told in plain words. No charts, no numbers, no dashboards. Nothing generic — every word of it is about you.

And the logging itself stays tiny. A check-in takes a few seconds: pick a mood, mark what shaped your day, write a line if you feel like it. No blank page.

WHAT YOU GET

• Questions that remember you — they build on what you’ve said before, and change as you do.
• A daily insight worth waking up to — drawn from your recent days, your words, and the bigger picture only something with a memory could see.
• Your week, told as a story — the shape of your days, the way you’d tell it to a friend.
• A monthly chapter that connects the dots — the slow patterns you’d never catch living inside them.
• A lens that tunes the whole app to you — pick what you’re working on, and everything orbits that.

WHO IT’S FOR

For people who want to understand themselves over time — not just record another day. For people doing the work — in therapy, between therapists, or on their own. For anyone who’s logged moods for months and still couldn’t say what shapes them.

Mindlens isn’t here to make you log more. It’s here to help you understand what you’ve already lived.

YOUR WORDS STAY YOURS

What you write in Mindlens is for your eyes only — encrypted, never sold, and never used for ads.

Mindlens is for self-reflection — it isn’t therapy or medical care, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If you’re going through a crisis, please reach out to local emergency services or a crisis line.

Mindlens is a subscription with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically unless you cancel in your App Store settings.

### 5/5 — Helped me with burnout

*2026-08-12*

Ive been struggling with burnout for a while now, and I liked Mindlens for it’s mechanic that actually detects patterns over time. I don’t like journaling, and using this app I don’t need to write a lot as it sends me questions daily that make me think on my problem from a different perspective
