## What is MindLog?

Take a few minutes to find out something new about yourself.

MindLog brings together light personality tests, practical health self-checks, a daily fortune, and Korean Saju readings in one app. Most tests take about three minutes. Short enough to start on a whim, with results worth keeping.

■ Personality tests

Personality, love, relationships and self-care, from quick quizzes to well-known frameworks:
· Big Five, HEXACO, DISC, Enneagram, Egogram and the four temperaments
· Love languages, love styles, crush odds and your dating type
· Self-esteem, emotional intelligence, resilience and sensitivity (HSP)
· Morning type, spending style, jealousy type, group-chat position and more

New tests are added regularly without an app update.

■ Self-checks for body and mind

Checklists that help you look at yourself first and decide whether it's time to see a professional:
· Mental health: depression, anxiety, panic, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, stress and more
· Physical health: sleep apnea, metabolic syndrome, hearing, skin type and more
· Lifestyle: alcohol, smartphone use, sleep quality, focus and more

Each result explains what your score means, what you can try now, and when to talk to a doctor. Mental health checks include crisis line information.

■ Results that go beyond one label

· Trait scores that show what stands out and by how much
· Strengths and things to watch, not just compliments
· Types you click with and types you clash with
· Something small to try this week

■ Today's Fortune and Saju

Open a fortune cookie every day for your luck in love, money and work.
Saju reads your birth date and time through the traditional Korean Four Pillars: birth chart, Five Elements, luck cycles, compatibility, yearly fortune and career aptitude.

■ Privacy

Personality tests and self-checks need no account. Your answers are calculated on your device and are not sent anywhere.
You can sign in with Apple or Google only if you want to save your Saju results to an account.

■ Ads and points

Tests are free, with ads in lists and results.
Saju features use points. Earn points from daily check-ins and by watching ads, or buy them in the app.

■ Please note

MindLog is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis and does not replace a professional's judgment. If you're struggling, please reach out to a doctor or a local support service.
