Не вдалося зайти на заброньований сеанс ні терапевту, ні клієнту. Завчасно перевірила чи можливо зайти на сеанс, виявилося що зайти не можливо. За пів години перед сеансом повідомила службу підтримки, щоб клієнт мав змогу долучитися до необхідного сеансу. В результаті сьогодні 4 день «вирішення» проблеми службою підтримки. Звісно клієнт отримати сеанс не зміг, та вже (наголошую) 4 ДЕНЬ, без жодної інформації щодо вирішення проблеми з сеансом ### 5/5 — Все працює. *2026-06-08, version 9.13.0* Дякую за можливість не думати про маркетинг і при цьому знаходити своїх клієнтів! Служюа підтримки завжди оперативно відповідає і допомагає вирішувати запити. Іноді буває що «весить» непрочитане повідомлення, але по факту немає нових. А також чомусь в апстор немає кнопки «оновити». Для оновлення треба видалити і завантажити заново. ### 5/5 — Задоволена співпрацею! *2026-02-10, version 9.3.0* Я з Mindly вже рік співпрацюю і дуже задоволена цією співпрацею. Мала досвід ще з декількома платформами для психотерапевтів і лише ця реально працює і надає чудові умови для роботи, які ще й постійно покращуються. Повернувшись з декретної відпустки,приємно здивувало покращення роботи чату (видно,коли була людина в мережі,коли пише і вже можна редагувати повідомлення). Було б чудово ще,якщо б додали більш гнучкі часові рамки в графіку (щоб можна було виставляти час наприклад на 16:30,11:45, а не лише на 00). Дякую за вашу роботу!🌸 ### 2/5 — вхід/реєстрація *2025-10-07, version 8.66.0* зареєструвалася в додатку, а зайти не можу: «не вірний пароль або користувача не існує». пароль точно вірний, пробувала і через «забули пароль», але не допомогло. пробую реєструватися знову, то «такий користувач вже існує». ще вибиває «зверніться в техпідтрику», але де вона? куди звертатися? там тільки три опції «зареєструватися», «увійти», «шукаю терапевта». на електронній пошті листи про зміну лише «not.reply» і ніякої контактної інформації. можливо, мої дані мають пройти перевірку, тому неможливо зайти в акк, але в про це інф ніде не написано. як виправити цю проблему? ### 5/5 — Відгук після року роботи на платформі *2025-09-04, version 8.62.0* Майндлі - ж уже зручний інструмент для роботи.
