this app genuinely is so helpful for being more mindful and aware about each day so you are more appreciative

I started using this a couple weeks ago and I love it so much, thank you Sloane!! The only thing I’d suggest is to improve the mental mailbox feature by sorting old letters under an archives tab and hiding outgoing letters so it’s not so easy to see them when on the home page (for a better surprise!). Other than that I am so glad I downloaded this app and I will def keep using it :))
