Every other mind mapping application has been able to edit for years. And this one still sits here being effectively deaf. I cannot recommend this application. ### 1/5 — Does not work with iOS 17 or later *2023-12-07, version 6.0* 12/7/2023-with iOS 17, you can no longer enter notes. The keyboard pops up and the disappears. Corel Support says this is a known issue and that they have no plans to fix it. Their email reply says if this comes back on their development roadmap, they will send an email. Their plan at this time is to abandon the app. While all the uses noted are as good as described, those uses are no longer available. Be aware that under Corel’s ownership, abandoning features is common in the desktop product. A otherwise great product (both the app and desktop software) being steadily degraded. Consider alternatives! ### 4/5 — Endlich zu meiner perfekten Lösung angekommen *2023-12-06* Ich war schon seit längerem auf der Suche nach einem System und Plattform, um das Arbeiten zu organisieren als auch im Privaten. Mindmanager ist da genau das richtige für mich. Nachdem ich auch ein paar Tutorials gesehen habe, kam ich auf noch mehr gute Ideen und nun ist das erste, was ich morgens mache, an der Version am Rechner morgens, die App zu starten und damit vieles zu erledigen und zu organisieren. Es ist nach Feierabend dann die letzte Anwendung? Welche geschlossen wird. Potenziale: 1) Toll wäre, das man seine Lizenz auf beide Plattformen nutzen kann (Mac und Windows). 2) Das man auch Einnahmen eintragen kann, (nicht nur Kosten) und diese auch zusammen addiert werden können (jenachdem welche Spalten man miteinander markieren möchte) 3) Bei der Snap Funktion nicht nur als Foto, sondern auch als Scan bearbeiten zu können oder zumindest eine Funktion, das Foto dann auch zurecht schneiden zu können. Defected to Mindomo years ago because being web based it works across multiple devices, which I need. I mistakenly thought MindManager had caught up. You are required to navigate the tree structure every time. Having to reautheticate and not being able effectively use a password manager like 1password is not a security feature it is a pain. Signed in through my manager and it never recognizes the folder. After I started my account with my manager and sign in all I get is a page that has a background in it with bubbles. I remember the times were coral had other products and they were awful too. The mindmanager product has had a long history of being very good. I don’t know if corel getting involved is a new acquisition or an old acquisition. I just know it doesn’t work. And that’s typical for corel. ### 1/5 — Read only. The ability to send info is hampered by not being able to type anything with the keyboard on iOS. The keyboard pops in for a moment and then disappears when trying to type. The pc and Mac versions are functionally very good (maybe a little dated in looks, but I’ll take functionality every time) and it’s just a real pity that the workflow is hampered from effectively capturing. Will look forward to updating this review when the bugs are ironed out.
