After downloading and registering based on a public promotion, I found that none of the advertised functions—including voice recording, transcription, or AI summarization—work at all. Despite following all instructions, not a single core feature functions properly. Furthermore, when I attempted to delete my account using the in-app “Delete Account” feature, it failed to perform any action. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your app’s compliance with user privacy and data rights. As a user, I have the right to withdraw from your service and demand complete deletion of my data. I expect the following to be addressed without delay: 1. Immediate deletion of my account and all personal information associated with it. 2. Written confirmation that my data has been deleted. 3. An explanation for the failure of the app’s basic functions and the inoperable delete feature.
