You only receive the first ‘meditation’ which is only a few minutes and isn’t very good eg “relax your eyelids” !

Everything else requires you to purchase it.

Based on the first free meditation, I wouldn’t bother paying for the longer meditations, especially when you don’t know what they’re going to be like.

So you really don’t know what each module costs - prices listed CHF which I am guessing is Swiss franks (?)
