### 1/5 — Absent trainer offering an unclear product

I first discovered Ivone on Instagram. I was impressed with her fitness and how simple her program appeared to be. I liked that her exercises seemed doable for someone like me who is very much out of shape. However, since joining this program, Ivone has provided little to no guidance or direction. She offers several workout programs and subscribers have to stumble to figure out which one to start with and where to transition to once complete. She rarely responds to questions/concerns when placed into the program chats, and it just feels like I was sold on a program and left high and dry. Very disappointed. As affordable as this program is, I’d rather pay MORE to have a present coach who is engaged and available to assist along the journey.

I am following the Beginners program and I love it. The intensity is just right, not too weak, not to hard. The only change I would like to see would be the layout or accessibility. A Dashboard tab with MY program, My meal plan and MY favorite recipes would be nice. Maybe a tab for all recipes instead of scrolling through the feed. Overall, I love it and would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to move up to the next level.
