## What is MindQuay?

MindQuay is a quiet harbor for a busy mind, designed for both iPhone and iPad.

When thoughts keep circling, MindQuay gives them somewhere to go. Dock one thought or many, then choose what each one needs: release it to the water, carry it to tomorrow, or turn it into action.

Choose one light with the Beacon. Set your sail toward a direction worth keeping in view, shape a practical next move, and return gently whenever attention wanders. Six short video guides help new users learn the full practice one day at a time.

In the morning, meet only what you chose to carry. Draw from a quiet library of readings, use a cyclic-sigh or 4-7-8 breathing pacer, and follow inhale and exhale with synchronized haptics.

The Mirror shows the shape of your practice over time: what you released, what you handled, and the rhythm of days tended. On compatible Apple Intelligence devices, you can choose a deeper reflection powered by Apple Intelligence. It runs on-device, is clearly labeled, and can be rated, deleted, or turned off.

WHY MINDQUAY
• A ritual, not another inbox. The point is to clear mental space, not create a larger list.
• Private by design. Your thoughts and reflections are not stored on a MindQuay server. Private iCloud backup is optional and can restore progress after reinstalling.
• No required account. Continue privately on this device, or use an optional Apple identity.
• AI with a boundary. Apple Intelligence is optional and processed on your device. The regular Mirror works without it.
• Small on purpose. A few quiet minutes, then return to your day.
• Free and fully open. Optional one-time gifts support the independent app and never unlock features.

MindQuay 1.2 deepens the daily practice:

• Six guided videos introduce the Harbor, Docking, the Beacon, breathing, progress, and the evening ritual.
• Begin Docking now always opens thought capture. Docking, Beacon, Set Your Sail, and Readings have clear, distinct actions.
• The Beacon helps you choose one light and turn it into a practical next move.
• Optional private iCloud backup can restore progress after reinstalling; Apple identity remains optional.
• Guided breathing now counts down, follows inhale and exhale with haptics, and tracks your streak.
• The thought-release ritual now includes a longer cosmic harbor animation.
• Optional on-device Apple Intelligence reflections include helpful and “not me” feedback.
