## What is Mindr?

Some beliefs were never yours. You picked them up early, and they've been quietly deciding for you ever since: I'm not enough. Money isn't for people like me. Love doesn't last.

Mindr helps you find them, and rewrite them.

FIND YOUR BELIEFS
A short quiz reveals the three beliefs that showed up loudest for you, from 112 beliefs about self-worth, love, money, confidence, your body and more.

REWRITE THEM IN 4 PHASES
Each belief has its own path, voiced by Maya:
• Identify – hear the belief and where it came from
• Reprogram – rewrite it in words your body can accept
• Integrate – repeat it until it feels ordinary
• Visualize – live a day from the new belief

A COACH THAT REMEMBERS YOU
Talk to Mindr's AI coach when something comes up. It knows the beliefs you're working on, remembers what you've shared, and suggests the session that fits the moment.

A DAILY PRACTICE THAT FITS
• Your line of the day, on your Home and Lock Screen
• Morning and evening rituals, and a 2-minute breath
• A 7-day challenge, with one rest day allowed
• 686 affirmations to save and come back to
• A private journal that stays on your phone

MINDR+
Unlock every belief and phase, plus 30 coach messages a day. Start with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Extra coach messages are available as one-time purchases.

Mindr is a personal growth practice, not therapy or medical care. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
