I like this app especially for the background noise. It helps block out the simmering office noise. While relaxing your head too!

Have been using this app for a few months now and absolutely love it! It's quite easy to use and have been doing a session nearly every day when baby is asleep. I'm finding it's helping me to relax and find my "calm" when everything around me can be quite hectic/overwhelming. I like the fact that I can listen to my favourite music and practice mindfulness at the same time - genius idea!
