## What is Mindset FC?

Great athletes train more than their bodies. Mindset FC is daily mental performance training built for athletes. Five focused minutes a day that build confidence, composure, and consistency you can feel on game day.

DAILY AUDIO TRAINING
A short guided session every day. Real mental skills: confidence, focus, handling nerves, bouncing back from mistakes. Built for how athletes actually think.

SELF-PACED PROGRAMS
Follow themed programs like Identity, Purpose & Values. A new week unlocks every seven days, so the work builds on itself at your pace.

BREATHING & FOCUS TOOLS
Box breathing and 4-7-8 to settle your nervous system before the whistle. A single-point focus exercise to lock in when it counts.

REFLECT
Reflect after every session. Your journal is encrypted and private by design.

STREAKS & POINTS
Show up daily, build your streak, earn points. Consistency is the skill, the app rewards it.

MAKE IT YOURS
Pick your accent color, follow your progress, and train anywhere. Sessions are audio-first, so you can train on the bus, before practice, or at home.

Download free and start today. Your first session takes five minutes.
