## What is Mindset?

Every time you pick up your phone, remind yourself who you are.

Mindset puts a short affirmation between you and your apps. Before Instagram, TikTok or YouTube opens, you do a rep: type your phrase, say it out loud, or solve a quick puzzle. Then your phone is yours.

• 1,000 phrases, including quotes from legendary athletes, founders and investors, built around what you want more of: confidence, discipline, wealth, focus, health, faith and more
• 9 rep styles: type it, say it, unscramble, word grid, clear the fog, catch the words, breathe it in and more
• Your own phrases, in your own words
• Choose how long your phone stays open after a rep, from 2 minutes to 24 hours
• Never interrupts you mid-scroll: the gate only returns at your next pickup
• Works offline
• Streaks and lifetime reps
• Private by design: Mindset never sees which apps you use, and "Say it" runs entirely on your phone

Calls and Emergency SOS are never blocked, and the Emergency button always lets you through.

Mindset is a motivation tool, not therapy or medical care.

Subscription: Mindset requires a $0.99/week auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
