The app cannot log in to the system, the loading never finishes and loops forever.

As many others Users say, same problem here.
 We don’t receive our code, not via phone and not via email. When we try to contact the support in the app, the send button don’t work.  
So we told our community manager.
 He told us, the problem will be solved end of the week … An other week later, still the same problem.

App recommended to send an email to support.
I did.
Email reply came: E-Mail-Address does not exists. A disaster.
