Although I respect whatever mind tickle salesperson convinced my company to buy this. I’d hire them based on that sale alone. ### 2/5 — Fatal crashes means reinstalling frequently *2024-03-18* 1. Have had to re install 3 times in 1 day to complete a training course, fails to load ever again after crashing. once mindtickle crashes not even resetting phone will resolve the issue. 2. Downloaded files don’t work on airplane mode, so not much value in downloading files ### 2/5 — Very buggy player *2022-03-23, version 11.3.24* The app looks good and the navigation is easy, but the player is so jittery and buggy. 2 out of 5 times taps don’t work (for pausing/resuming videos), the full screen/window switching doesn’t work at times, and the slider is really hard to use on the newer iPhones as it gets registered as an app switch gesture by random. Overall, a very poor app experience compared to the rivals out there. ### 1/5 — Too many emails *2021-06-22* As soon as I signed up, you immediately sent me 16 emails. Not a single one of them had an option to unsubscribe. I need to get this resolved immediately ### 1/5 — Super buggy *2021-01-31* Every 2-3 weeks or so, I would get an access token error but it won’t let me sign out to sign back in, so the only thing I can do is uninstall the app and reinstall it. It has happened multiple times now and is super annoying. If future videos are locked you can only download the first video in a series. Watching videos or PPT files on mobile phone display is okay but sometimes you need a bigger screen to see more details or just to sit on sofa and relax while the content is being played on TV screen. Do not sign your company up for this. I’m amazed they got such a large company to use it to train their employees. I get an invitation for another training module to complete on an iPad and all I get is the golden spinning circle of nothing. Most importantly, as a field employee, I’m often in my car driving from one appointment to the next. When I use Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or pretty much any other app with audio, the audio plays over my car radio via Bluetooth. But for some reason, this one doesn’t, and it’s rather infuriating. Incredibly frustrating. This is on an iPhone 8 with latest iOS and stable and fast 4g.
