App requires you to accept terms of use and privacy policy before use but does not actually have a policy. Gives you an email to opt out at anytime but the email address is undeliverable. Maybe scam? Use with caution.

I’m so happy I discovered Mind Tide! I’m on day 3 and it has already helped me manage my anxiety and feel so much calmer. I love that the lessons are personalized to me, it feels like a therapist in my pocket!
