It only allows you to put in one destination. From the start when it initiated a chat it took forever to generate anything and then said it failed. I had to close and restart the app and then the response was there. This happened twice. I finally figured out how to add different ports through the itinerary but then when I was adding ideas to each days port it again bugged out. I added a port and went to search and added Tortula and when I clicked the filter “things to do” it again bugged out and refreshed back to the main list with no filter. I had to again restart the app to get it to work. Plus each time I went to add more things to the itinerary I had to start the search over and re enter the location which was frustrating. Additionally when adding an item to the itinerary you can only view the ratings, photo and title of the item. You can’t click it to view more The premise is good but this app needs work. *note. I was on my home WiFi and have an iPhone 16 ProMax 1TB so these issues did not stem from my phone. ### 2/5 — Screen goes blank *2026-03-22, version 12.1* In the midst of typing sometimes the text disappears and all I can do is close the chat and lose everything I’ve written. It’s annoying ### 4/5 — Some good, some not so *2026-02-28, version 11.0* Reminds me of inspirock. This has similar features, plan and calendars, receipts processing. Issues: - created duplicate records of stay, when I uploaded receipts. I had added stay using the web interface, then added a receipt. It ended up showing the same booking twice on the calendar. - if I book an open ended ticket/ voucher for an attraction and upload the receipt, it goes into unassigned. But when I try the option assign to trip, it doesn’t work. It stays unassigned.I have already marked on calendar when I plan to go, this is supposed to be just a link with the receipt, so that when I visit and click on attraction, I can access the receipt There is no way to view the receipt uploaded. A simple card view with voucher code, pin, QR code or booking details from the receipt processed would be nice to have. With option to view original. This will make the receipt uploaded more useful. Not just for planning, but for actual travel. The calendar is nice, but I found it difficult to adjust the duration or start. It doesn’t allow manual editing, and drag drop limits to 30 minute markers. Would also be great to have option to get discounts on attractions. Overall good app. ### 2/5 — Great for planning, not great for using on your trip *2025-10-23* Planned my 2 week trip to Japan in Mindtrip. The planning experience was pretty good, but the mobile experience during the trip is awful. Laggy and slow. Super frustrating to find items within the itinerary on a specific day. It would benefit a lot from some sort of “Today” view. When I tried to go back into the chat, which is what I was using to plan, it didn’t have any of our past conversations. I wasted so many hours with this app. And now I’m supposed to start over. It still captivates me! The merchandise is wide and varied. The exact Opposite of a T-Shirt shop, no cheesy expensive jewelry , no keychains,nothing monogrammed hats if any sort. Just pure elegance you can count on every time you visit. The furniture shop section is upstairs and provides interesting selections that would make a home decorator’s Eyes sparkle! This Is the first place to go for unique items. Every family should be using this to plan weekends and vacations with ease and comfort. Such an incredible blend of local planning for everyday use and travel planning for longer destinations. Tons of customization and flexibility without complexity, it’s so easy to use. AI is not overpowering allowing you to prompt and curate anything your heart desires with the ability to keep your chats unique and ongoing per trip. Easy navigation between chat interface and other functionality, as simple as this might seem, I can’t imagine the amount of talent and thought that went into designing the user experience. I hope they eventually introduce a world map that allows you to visualize your destinations near and far. The business model is sheer genius, empowering creators, everyday people, and travel enthusiasts alike. It’s been a while since I’ve been this enthusiastic about a companies potential, this founder and all-star team hands down nailed it. I truly hope this group of talented technological travel lovers stay together for the long haul, because they have built something that feels magical. Hopefully Apple recognizes this level of genius quickly and awards them accordingly. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to send my gratitude.
