## What is MindUp?

Evidence-based psychology and psychotherapy helps you feel better, cope with anxiety, depressive and obsessive thoughts. 

The application is based on cognitive behavioral therapy and its varieties. 

MindUp is not only a diary of situations, but an ultimate tool for self-development and improving the quality of your life.
