## What is MindViewer?

Do you know if you are focusing well when you are studying, working, or playing? Or if you are relaxing well when you take a few minutes of rest?

Now you can with Neeuro MindViewer and SenzeBand. 

MindViewer is a visualization tool that lets you understand your mental state while doing an activity such as studying, working, or just taking a break. MindViewer uses the brain signal sensor, Neeuro SenzeBand, to measure brain signals (electroencephalogram or EEG) and gauge mental states attention, relaxation, and mental workload.

Other than mental states, the app also compares the relative strength of your brain frequencies - bands, including delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma.

Put on your SenzeBand, use MindViewer to record your mental state, and try with various activities. Observe which activities let you focus better, which activities give you more stress and tension. If there is an activity you want to train and become better in, practice it while using SenzeBand and MindViewer. Over time, observe if your focus has increased in this activity. This shows how ready you are to mentally engage in this activity.
