Alles kann nur per E-Mail gekündigt werden. Dies wurde auch gemacht. Nach Monaten später wird plötzlich eine sehr hohe Summe 211,49 Euro abgebucht. Der Support berichtet man mir von weiteren Abo, von denen ich nicht wusste. Rückerstattungen werden abgelehnt, da es sich um digitale Dienste handelt. Auf E-Mails gibt es wenig hilfreiche Antworten. Keine Kulanz, keine Unterstützung, Feedback ist denen egal. **Developer response:** Es tut uns leid, dass du dich über die Abo-Laufzeiten und Abbuchungen nicht ausreichend informiert fühlst. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, wenn sie nicht vorher gekündigt werden, und jede einzeln abgeschlossene Buchung bleibt aktiv. Je n’ai finalement jamais utilisé l’application et j’ai supprimé mon compte. Malgré cela, j’ai été débitée de 78,90 €. Je ne comprends pas comment il est possible que mon compte soit devenu inactif ou supprimé, tout en étant tout de même facturé. Si mon compte n’existe plus, pour quelle raison un prélèvement a-t-il été effectué ? De plus, il est particulièrement difficile de contacter le service client afin d’obtenir une explication ou une solution, ce qui rend la situation encore plus frustrante. J’espère qu’une réponse claire me sera apportée dans les plus brefs délais. **Developer response:** We understand how frustrating this is. Email help@mindway.app with your account details and order number so we can look into this and help. ### 1/5 — Doing scam & taking people money *2026-07-30, version 2.6.1* I didn’t subscribed for this app and even never downloaded in my phone. They’re saying that we sent you email when you sign up for the walking yoga app but for that app I already cancelled the subscription 1 month ago then how this app can charge me. It’s totally disgusting thing to say. You should be transparent or talk to the other app who is working with you. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS *2026-07-29, version 2.6.1* I would leave them zero stars if I could. The app wasn’t for me, no big deal, so I asked them via email to cancel my subscription. Four weeks later I get charged again for $35, I emailed them immediately asking them why I was charged for them to refund me. Apparently, a second subscription had been tacked onto my account without my knowledge, and it was never used. After tons of back-and-forth via email, they basically told me to kick rocks and they weren’t going to give me my money back due to “terms”. Very scammy feel in dealing with them, they could easily have refunded me knowing full well I never used the app. ### 1/5 — Scam, do not use. *2026-07-21, version 2.6.1* I’ve paid for 7 day access and was very surprised I was being charged £31.98 for 2 months after that. No reminder, no subscription confirmation email, basically money taken behind my back without any prior notification. Disgusting behaviour and bad business practice. Should have read reviews before ever getting anywhere near this app. I see I’m not the only person that’s fallen victim to this scam. It’s mind boggling that an app that supposed to be used to better your mental health prays on vulnerable people instead. ### 1/5 — Do not buy - Auto Renews without warning *2026-07-20, version 2.6.1* Promotes Anxiety Relief and Mental Peace but does the opposite. I purchased the Carnivore app 6 months ago and didn’t care for it. Somehow, it became the Mindway App. This was not what I expected or purchased so I canceled it but unfortunately I did not save the cancellation email. It auto renewed at 6 months without warning - $219 non-refundable - customer support is laughable. “Sorry, this is a digital product so no refunds”. Not sure how “digital product” comes to play as it is not a downloaded product. No discussion, no assistance, no refunds. Total scam! ### 1/5 — Misleading Charges *2026-07-20, version 2.6.1* The app is fraught with misleading charges. Services are presented as one-time charges that actually end up as recurring expenses. Buy beware! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-07-15, version 2.6.1* As mentioned. This will is a scam. The most basic interface with no service provided. ### 1/5 — Escroc *2026-07-12* J'ai pris un abonnement d'un mois uniquement à 18€99 et je me retrouve à payer ces 18€99 et en plus 85€59 "accès à vie " que n'ai absolument pas validé avec l'Apple Pay !!! Leur réponse : "Cela dit, nous ne pouvons pas annuler les abonnements qui n'ont pas de paramètre de renouvellement" 👍🏻 **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the frustration. Wasn’t helpful at all. Had to email them to cancel and then still got charged $43 after cancelling then emailed them again and they requested to see a bank statement receipt?! ### 1/5 — They autorenew your account *2026-07-05, version 2.6.1* I sign up for 1 month subscription, next thing you know after one month they autorenew your account for $39.99. I sent an email to their customer support and they did not refund the payment. I highly recommend, do not purchase this app. ### 3/5 — Overthinking *2026-07-01, version 2.6.1* Ok ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-06-24, version 2.6.1* Scam, I just threw away $200 I didn’t have because of this, I had removed the app weeks ago and they continued to charge me hidden fees, customer support is an absolute joke too, no notification of “free trial” ending or new subscriptions, they definitely are not transparent when you sign up about the hundreds of dollars they will be stealing from you. They will tell you they explain everything when you initially sign up however if anyone is like me and just desperately looking for some mental health relief, you are not memorizing the fine print. You would assume any honest company would at least notify you of any billing’s prior to taking your money. This app is taking advantage of people with mental health struggles rather than helping as they advertise. Do not recommend!!! ### 1/5 — Anxiety causing & overthinking inducing FRAUD *2026-06-21, version 2.6.1* BUYER BEWARE! I had gotten a charge on my credit card for this and I had mentioned how I did not even sign up for this service. The team here do not care nor understand my frustrations. I had been charged OVER $300 for something that I did not even sign up for. They say that they give refunds on case by case however even when you email there’s no help at all. You might already be in a difficult situation and you sign up to this you going to be in a very stressful situation than before. No communication regarding the renewal and this scammers what they do is when signing up they show the renewal price in the smallest font available in the whole world. Pure scam….. Not recommending at all. ### 1/5 — VERY unhappy. *2026-06-17, version 2.6.1* I was signed up for a free trial through another app that must be in association with Mindway. I cancelled the subscription for the initial app, thinking it cancelled anything that was done in connection to the original app. Fast forward I noticed a charge on my CC for $48.39 - a subscription following the free trial, I never used Mindway after signing up, due to lack of time, and I completely forgot about it. So, I did not use any of their services and intended not to continue the sub. No email was sent warning that the free trial was expiring etc. When I inquired about a refund due to the misunderstanding they were extremely unhelpful, and refused to refund the subscription even though it was never used and they never sent follow up emails/warnings about expiration and the upcoming charge. Scam! *2026-09-01, version 2.6.2* Mindway, an extension of the Nordletics app, kept charging me even after I explicitly requested cancellation. Customer service was terrible, communication was poor, and transparency was nowhere to be found. I trusted the App Store and ended up feeling completely taken advantage of. One of the worst subscription experiences I’ve ever had. Think twice before subscribing. ### 1/5 — Terrible app - avoid! *2026-08-24, version 2.6.2* This app was a huge disappointment when I downloaded it with content I can find for free online so I cancelled immediately. However, it is a complete scam - I have proof of cancellation from 5 months ago and yet they have charged me again today! How they get away with it I do not know, but I would advise anyone not to engage with this or download it! Be very wary if you do and don’t assume that because you’ve cancelled, it is truly cancelled. They are sooooo sneaky!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. And I no longer have access to the app. Probably would make me sign up again never used the app. So be careful signing up. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-08-18, version 2.6.1* I wish I could leave zero stars. As other reviewers have posted, this app is a SCAM! After making sure to cancel my subscription timely, I was charged another $89.99 for a second subscription within the subscription that was never used, nor informed about. When told I received a reminder notice seven days in advance to cancel and proving I never did, I was still told it means nothing because of how “clearly” everything was stated at sign-up. And please save me the auto response that everyone else has already gotten about “digital subscriptions not being refundable” and all of the boilerplate responses that will be copied and pasted by fake “specialists” behind a screen that I’ve already received anyway. I’d rather just receive a reply saying you’re scam artists, you got another victim and there’s nothing I can do to get my money back. At least it would be the first honest reply I’d receive!! ### 1/5 — Not fit for purpose and a con! *2026-08-17, version 2.6.1* This app is really not what it’s sold as and was not helpful. It also ties you into a subscription with no knowledge or transparency of such a thing. Your order will show you what you’ve purchased but it will not state any automatic renewal. In the app and under your account, again there is also no mention of a subscription or even how to cancel one! Absolute con and they won’t give you the money back despite taking it unlawfully. ### 1/5 — They just keep taking money… *2026-08-14, version 2.6.1* Can’t describe how this lot treat customers. They catch you under dual subscriptions Carnimeat and Mindway. Then when you see what they’re doing you cancel thinking you’ve lost $8 - none of it. 6 months later without warning $220 “subscription” to Mindway. A year later without notice and despite protest they take it AGAIN saying it’s what you signed yup to. ### 1/5 — C *2026-08-14, version 2.6.1* This is personal information, I do not want to create an account and let my private life to drain into the cloud ### 1/5 — Taking payment before renewal date *2026-08-13, version 2.6.1* These guys have tried to take the renewal payment 5 days before the actual renewal date. Fortunately my credit card company refused the transaction. ### 1/5 — YOU CALL THIS A MENTAL HEALTH APP? *2026-08-12, version 2.6.1* It's funny how an app meant for bettering mental health does the opposite with the extra charges. In May I emailed to cancel my subscription and the main source of app plus "coaching" were cancelled. When I emailed this week after noticing 3 months of extra charges they were also able to cancel the Walking Yoga portion. WHY was that a remaining add on that was able to be cancelled BY THE SAME "Junior Support Specialist - Nora" from the first cancellation? Following asking for a refund that can't be issued, a "Customer Service Specialist" sent me an email saying I was supposed to have received emails from different Walking Yoga emails to confirm my extra subscription and charges which I NEVER received emails from them. I emailed again with proof and no response. ### 1/5 — Pleine de fausses promesses, totalement inutile et vraiment très chere! *2026-08-10* C'est totalement dépitée que je décide de supprimer l'appli qui ne sert à rien, n'est pas intuitive, et qui coute bien trop chere. Faites attention quand vous cliquez, ils vous enrôlent automatiquement dans un abonnement... à 30€! Refusent de vous rembourser qd vous ne vous êtes pas aperçu qu'ils allaient vous prélever ... même pour les personnes dans la nécessité et tout cela pour écouter des méditations qui sont gratuites sur you tube.
