I wish there was more included in the app like tracking my sleep as well. I’ve had other apps that did both for about the same price or possibly cheaper. But the selections are great either way. U decided to subscribe but I thought it was the $2.99 per month plan, but I ended up getting charged $30 when I’m pretty sure it said I was subscribing a month at a time. I’m not sure maybe I wasn’t paying attention or it wasn’t clear enough between what I was actually subscribing into. (If that makes sense) It’s a cool app but I wasn’t ready to pay $30 right away (at least I’ll have it for a year lol) but it’s not what I wanted to pay. I’ve tried to find a way to refund my money but I can’t seem to find a way. I’ll try to email. Unless the app developers can see my rating & comment here quicker. ### 2/5 — Was a good app until last update *2024-01-22, version 1.7.0* I loved the app until the update lost all my saved sounds, sounds were taken away, and wouldn’t let you mix sounds any more deleted this app and went with a new one ### 3/5 — Disappointed *2024-01-14, version 1.6.9* I was so excited that I had found an app that let me customize my own white noise! I used it for months to quickly fall asleep… then with this most recent update they not only took away the ability to create your own sound, but deleted the one I had been using! To add insult to injury, when I click on feedback, it only allows me to choose from there few topics that relate to bugs or billing issues. I thought that I would give it one more try… bad idea. I tried one of their preloaded sounds, set my timer for 1 hr and 30 minutes as I always do, and 30 minutes in I was abruptly woken up by the sound of a woman’s voice trying to talk me through a guided meditation….so disappointed. ### 2/5 — Loved the app till latest update. *2024-01-13, version 1.6.9* This was great till it just updated and now My custom sound is gone and no way to get it back. There is no buffering and no option to download. The interruptions are jarring. Lots of comforting, relaxing or energetic sounds for free. Not like other apps which there is only like 2 or 3 free sounds and you should pay for the rest. No! Here, in mindzone, that is vice versa. You can access soooo many sounds for free, and build new sounds by mixing hundreds of sounds. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — 7 Day free trial is a sham *2024-09-28, version 1.8.0* Installed app, and as part of the setup you need to subscribe, but it tells you that you have 7 days free trial before you’re locked into annual subscription. Tried to cancel within the trial, but it says it will only cancel after the first year, so they’ve already billed the $29.99. ### 1/5 — Unhappy with this app *2024-03-02, version 1.7.3* Every time I play brown noise or pink noise for the night within 2 hours it changes over to some other sound even with the hours set to 10 hours play time. It disrupts my sleep. Every single time I use it this happens. So disappointing and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2024-02-14, version 1.7.1* I tried the app for the free trial and to be honest it was not worth a $66 plan. No they re-did it & women start talking in the middle of your rain sound half an hour into being asleep. That’s not a cool way to wake up. Then they changed the actual rain sounds, light rain sounds like someone crinkling candy wrappers while sleet pounds your windows, heavy thunderstorm sounds like a trickling little rain storm. It wants me to pay for the options I used to get free, further more you set one sound, set the timer for 8 hours and after half an hour it changes to something else, waking you up. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — It was good while it lasted 😕 *2024-01-23, version 1.7.0* Loved the fact that you were able to customize the different types of rain and other relaxing sounds to your liking. There was also a large selection of sounds for you to choose from for free. FREE! I was literally about to go to sleep until I saw that all of the rain sounds that I saved were gone. What’s the point of giving people the option to pay when you took away the customization? You took away the #1 thing that I (and probably many other people) loved about your app! Huge downgrade! ### 1/5 — New update ruined this app *2024-01-21, version 1.7.0* I had the perfect sound that I slept to every night. After the update, I went to turn it on and it’s gone, as well as all the sounds that used to be on the app. I searched through the new features and couldn’t find anything that I would be able to sleep to so I deleted the app and I am now searching for another app to replace this one (currently using a free trial of Headspace). Not sure why they completely changed this app, but this wasn’t an upgrade, all of the previous features that made it good are completely gone. ### 1/5 — Update disappointing *2024-01-17, version 1.7.0* I am so upset at the new update. I had made several saved created by me sounds for various times I use during the day. I am disappointed that it was taken away as it could have been allowed for premade customized tracks left to use, please consider bringing back nature sounds like birds and animals , UGH i hate the new update, just saying , I’ll probably delete the app. ### 1/5 — Ruined it *2024-01-17, version 1.7.0* I absolutely loved this app and relied on it for years. Thanks for ruining it ### 1/5 — No more mixing sounds? *2024-01-15, version 1.6.9* This used to be my favorite app simply because I could add specific sound layers to a timer and it worked for me. I opened the app today after an update and I’m wishing I hadn’t done the update. My mixes that were saved are all gone and there is no option to mix sounds now, and suddenly pink noise is 59$ a year?! No thanks.
