## What is Mindzy?

Mindzy is an engaging, evidence-based mindfulness app designed specifically for students aged 11–15 and their teachers. Whether you want to manage daily stress, improve your concentration for school, or build healthier relationships, Mindzy provides the practical skills you need to thrive both in and outside the classroom.
Personalized Just For You Everyone’s mind is different. Mindzy starts with a quick questionnaire to understand how you think and feel, and then recommends a personalized library of mindfulness activities tailored to your specific goals: Focus Better, Chill & Recharge, Manage Emotions, or Build Relationships.
Structured Learning Path Follow our default 11-lesson curriculum. Through simple, everyday activities guided by short animated videos, audio recordings (2, 4, or 7 minutes), and text-based exercises, learning mindfulness becomes easy and relevant.
Interactive Classrooms Teachers can easily integrate mindfulness into daily learning by creating virtual classrooms. Educators can hand-pick specific materials and share a simple code with their students to practice together as a group.
