I paid 1.99 twice for 1000 coins and got nothing, also paid to remove ads and they’re still there, and u can’t even play without 1000 coins...

Can you please try to purchase ad free version once again?
This should help to restore the purchase and Apple Store will not charge you twice for the same purchase.
