## What is Mineral?

There is the life you’re living. And there is the life you can imagine.

Between them are things we don’t always know how to see: resistance, old patterns, forgotten desires, recurring ideas, unfinished questions, and possibilities that keep asking for our attention.

Mineral is a daily practice for exploring what stands between you and what you most want to create.

Each day offers one short immersive encounter: a voice guide, a question, and something to carry into your day.

Listen. Notice what moves you. Name what comes.
That’s the whole practice.

Your reflections become field notes. Over time, Mineral begins to surface what keeps returning — recurring language, images, themes, and patterns across your own words.

Mineral doesn’t tell you what they mean.
The psyche leaves clues. Mineral helps you see them.
What you do with them remains yours.

THE TIMING MAP
Creative lives don’t move in straight lines.
Ideas disappear and return years later. An old experience suddenly becomes useful material. A fascination becomes a vocation. Something that once looked like failure reveals another meaning.

Mineral maps time as a spiral rather than a line.

Using your birth date, the Timing Map places the present within a larger rhythm of 28-year cycles and four recurring stations. Each day offers a season, a question, and another moment in your life to hold beside the present.

Not prediction. Perspective.

You can wander backward, forward, and through the places you’ve already crossed.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your reflections and voice recordings are private and can be deleted whenever you choose. If you use sunrise timing, your selected location stays on your device.

WHAT’S STANDING IN BETWEEN?
You are here.

The life you envision is not somewhere else.

Pay attention to what stirs.
Notice what resists.
Follow what returns.

The psyche leaves clues.

Begin at the threshold.
