But when I decided to download it, it wasn’t as favorable as I had expected. It kept giving me like 50+ results for the pictures I took so I had no idea which rock it actually was. So then I started taking pictures of rocks that I had already figured out the name of, and the results were so far off. All the answers that this app gave me were invalid. #Incorrectly identified just about all of my rocks. ### 4/5 — Cool, but specific… *2025-06-15, version 1.0.26* Just so everyone knows, it doesn’t directly tell you what rock it is, but instead lists the different minerals contained. Awesome for specific jobs, and the added percentages of each mineral is nice. However, if you need to specifically know exactly what the rock is… not as good.
