The app has everything in an easy to navigate format. I love the fact that I’m able to talk one on one virtually or message my nutritionist also.

This app has really helped me stay accountable by recording what I eat and drink.  It also helps me be accountable on my exercise. I highly recommend this app.

This program is great. It helps me be accountable on what I eat and drink. Plus it helps me with my exercise and mood. My coach is very supportive and helpful, when I need advice and encouragement. Very easy to get a hold of.  Very good app for helping people who have had bariatric surgery. I recommend mend this problem to anyone.
