The episode should have been free for a week since I paid the 29.99 VIP to unlock all episodes for free I tried deleting app and loading again and restoring my perchase and same issue. Also once I deleted app and downloaded again the shows that I wanted to watch were gone I looked for them in the search and they didn’t appear. It offers you 8 extra free episodes, you have to watch adverts which is fine if you want the free episodes but after you go to get the reward it won’t grant you it. Only way to carry on watching is to spend money. The app logged me in as a guest with no way to bind my account or restore purchases. There’s no proper login system, no clear help, and no customer support response. Total scam.
