Help is blank, so is the skill game section and I have to try at war 3 times before I connect.

Honestly there are things about this app I like, and several I don’t. They tell you to use the Playing Skill section of the menu to learn how to use the app, and it’s completely blank, as is the Help Center. 

Support email never responds, and the app itself is not very stable. I struggle with every form of file type to just get it to upload to the machine. Whether the app crashes repeatedly, or stops uploading part way through and goes back for you to try again.

Someone for the sake of all things good, PLEASE fix this app ASAP.

今、刻印するサイズは、縦又は横サイズのどちらか片方を決めると、必然的に確定してしまいますが、刻印したい素材の形で上下左右の比率を変えたい事も多々有りますので、別々の設定が出来る様に、アプリの更新を期待したいです。是非よろしくお願いします。

クラウドファンディングで4万円くらいで買いましたが、その後すぐAmazonで1万円台で売っているのを発見しました。しかもプライムで翌日発送。私は２ヶ月くらい待たされました。おまけに私より先にクラウドファンディングで買った知人は私より高い値段で購入したのに私より更に着くのが遅くて呆れるばかりです。

グリーンファンディングで購入したが、まともに作動しない。運営会社に連絡しても返事がない。マクアケでも問題になってるようですが、中華からの横流し製品なのに、いかにも開発しました！みたいに見せかけて売る手法のようです。みんなも騙されないで。

iPadでしようしています。
だいぶ散々なレビューだらけですが、私のところは今のところ問題なく使用できています。
ただ本体に同梱された説明書と、アプリ内の表示が違うところがあり、困惑する事があります。
特に刻印素材がアプリの刻印設定画面と、説明書で種類や配置が異なり、どれを使用するべきか悩む事があります。

慣れてくるとそれなりに使えますが、挫折する人も多いと思う思います。

焦げるにおいにかんしては、ガラス板を使うと、いけます。

画角を調整している最中に固まる事が多い。折角時間をかけて調節している最中に固まると、一からやり直し。連続で彫刻する時は場所が命なのに、固まるとまた適当な位置から始まってしまうので、全てパァです。
アプリの問題なのか、文字を彫刻する時に、一部欠ける事が多いです。アプリの問題ならすぐに改善してほしいです。

My first machine 1 year  ago was brilliant 
I’ve since bought two different machines to replace the original 
They are not a patch on the first 

This is the better of the two I now have but I’m struggling to do anything good enough to justify the cash

I’m also struggling to download my own pics either via computer.  on  iPhone ( can’t access photo album at all)

Very limited access to help too ( in English)

なんとか使えるかという程度の完成度。
クラウドファンディングで宣伝していた彫刻や切断できる素材が選択肢に無かったり、厚さも足りなかったり、デフォルトの設定は役立たず。
おまけに中国語も混じっているし、ちゃんと確認してからリリースしたのか？と疑いたくなるレベル。
アプリがないと動かないんだから、ここはしっかりとしてから出すべきでしょう。
お金返して欲しい。

The app works okay with the laser engraver but is severely limited to its own clip art , fonts and will not easily save files or settings. It only imports images from the iPhone camera only, not from other albums imported from your computer with designs. Compared to CNC programs I have used it is very limited indeed

スマホからデータ送信など刻印の操作を行なっているのですが、プレビューで刻印範囲を確認しスタートしているのですが、なぜか刻印の途中で終了してしまいます。

またパソコン用ソフトの内蔵データ（犬や猫等のデータ）は、スマホのアプリの内蔵データよりもかなり少ないだけではなく、機能的にもスマホアプリよりも劣っており使う事もできません。

私はクラウドファンディングで購入し発売元に不具合の問い合わせをしているのですが、私の購入データが無いだの、○○の方へ問い合わせをしろだの、挙句の果てに質問をもう一度教えてくれだので今のところ回答する気がなさそうです。

原因が分からないにしても調査中なので暫くお待ち下さい。ぐらいは連絡できると思うんですが。

売るだけ売って後は知らん顔は止めて欲しいです。

1年ほど使用してますが、特に問題なく作動してます。
特に革の刻印はとてもかっこいい仕上がりになります。
調整などはちょっとコツが必要かもしれませんが、慣れれば気になりません。
厳しいレビューが多いようなので人によるのかも？

Easy to use..nice little laser engraver! Sometimes things come out amazingly and there’s a few times I’ve had to throw the item away! You have to tweak it and not go solely by what they suggest for the perameters!
I basically have no complaints!

I use this app for the mini and z1 lasers both.  It’s really great to connect via Bluetooth and upload a photo and request a preview box to line up your material.  Has built in clip art, the ability to make your own text on your phone, but also setup laser power and number of passes and configure your material.  
Way better than using a slow wired controller. And more handy than being glued to a pc.

簡単に使えてコツさえ覚えれば十分に出来ます。
デフォルトの設定がおかしいと書いてあることもありますが、まぁそこら辺は自分で何度も試行錯誤するしかないです。1発で上手くいくわけではないです。

直して欲しい部分を描きます。
①写真選択ではiPhone内のアルバムを選択できるようにして欲しい。
アルバムが選べないので、全ての写真から毎回探さないといけないため大変面倒です。

②条件設定を名前を付けて保存できるようにして欲しい。
元々のある設定に上書きするしかなく、素材未選択の条件を何度も変えるしかない。他のデフォルトの設定も1度変えると最初の設定画消えてしまうことがある。
